I recently made the bustle from this pattern: www.lafnmoon.com/saloon_girl.htm
It was real easy to understand and figure out until I got to the last few steps. Nothing made sense and I convinced myself they left a step out. I ended up making it the way it made sense to me. If anyone is familiar with this pattern and can answer my questions please PM me.
